Bookings can be made through our website contact form, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email at booking@crazypets.ae. A booking is considered confirmed only once we have acknowledged it and agreed the date, time, and service with you.

6: Mobile Grooming and Pet Taxi
For mobile grooming and pet taxi bookings, you are responsible for providing an accurate address and for ensuring that our team can reach the pickup or service location at the agreed time. Please ensure that a suitable space is available for our van to park where mobile grooming is requested.
7: Pet Food and Accessories
Our pet food and accessories page links to a separate shopping website operated on its own domain. Purchases made through that website are subject to its own terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms and Conditions.
